Serves 2.
- 2 Halibut or Tilapia Filets, about 1" thick
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Salted Butter, Melted
- 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Fresh Chives, chopped
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil, butter and lemon juice over medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, salt and pepper fish on both sides.
- Add fish to skillet, saute 4 minutes.
- Flip fish and saute 3 - 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and fresh chives, pour over fish just before serving.
