We live in the days where people rely on prepared box meals to cook for their families and many don't know the basic cooking skills to cook meals from scratch. Prepared box meals are full of preservatives and other nasty ingredients such as High Fructose Corn Syrup, Silicone "cheese" and artificial flavors.
