Serves 2.
- 2 cups Penne
 - 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
 - 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
 - 1 tsp Lemon Zest
 - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh
 - 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
 - Salt and Pepper to taste
 
- Cook pasta according to package direction, drain and set aside.
 - In the same pan pasta was cooked, heat oil and butter over medium heat.
 - Add garlic to hot oil and cook 1 minute, do not brown.
 - Add pasta, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper, toss well to coat.
 - Serve immediately.
